QIU RAG Chatbot

Overview

A retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbot that answers questions about Qaiwan International University (faculties, programs, centers, hospital, portals, contacts, regulations) strictly from official QIU PDF documents. A three-module pipeline handles ingestion and vector construction, semantic Top-k retrieval, and grounded generation with a refusal gate — every answer cites its source file and page number, and it never uses public-internet knowledge or guesses. Built with Python, Streamlit and a FAISS vector store.
